  Came in here to open checking account ( BofA customer by the way ) was introduced to a $200 checking voucher before hand online. I introduced the voucher to young bank teller named Pricilla and she assured me that I indeed would qualified for the promotion. (Was a previous customer of chase roughly 9 years ago). I made a considerably high deposit and changed one of my direct deposits over to chase. Weeks went by and no bonus. Called the branch numerous times and discovered Pricilla was on leave and so I requested the manager. Ashley I believe is her name. 3 or 4 calls and you can't reach her. Finally I do reach her and she tells me there's notes about the voucher but no actual voucher. She demands I go into the branch and show it to her. Pretty lame right? I let her know I'd kindly email it to her. After offering my idea twice in the conversation she finally accepts to give me her email. Great right!? Should resolve everything?! Wrong I had to call her back and it turns out I didn't qualify and tells me that she gets a "fatal" error when she clicks on her screen lol. She rants on that I'm wrong that I don't qualify and that yeah she owns it her employee made a mistake but tough luck dude! Pretty much sums it up. Her people skills are horrible and she didn't do anything. Managers are suppose to follow up with these escalations she pretty much just dumped it on Pricilla and her absence and told me to kick rocks. She tells me to go find another voucher. I work for T-Mobile and if we make a mistake on the sales floor we fix it and don't hide behind excuses, especially if I make a mistake. This lady gives this corporation a bad rep and if this is how the corporation handles stuff then sucks to be the frontline for them. Ps. It's not your bank remember that.
